We're a group of Guide Dog Owners from around the UK and we've recorded our own rather canine version of "The 12 Days of Christmas", with the help of our faithful hounds (both working and retired).
We recorded the song from our homes in lockdown, and it was arranged and produced by our brilliant Musical Director, Alison Trelfa. The video was compiled by Marie Howarth. Everyone involved in this project is blind, and we did it all ourselves - recording, editing and video production - with the help of computers, screenreaders and other assistive technology. We're really proud of the finished product, so please watch it, then give a donation.
We're raising money to help the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association support 12 brand new guide dogs this Christmas!
And now we're on an album! Our musical director, Alison Trelfa, has released her first Christmas album, 'Winter Warmer', and it features our song. Get the album from any major music purchase/streaming service. Funds don't go to Guide Dogs but you can still donate here.
