We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

Last year my sister was diagnosed with MND, a debilitating disease which at present has no treatment or cure.
The ice bucket challenge last year raised much needed money for research and really made a difference, so lets keep the momentum going and help get some answers to this little known about disease,

MARCH : 174 km bike ride, first leg of the tour de yorkshire COMPLETED
APRIL :parachute jump COMPLETED
MAY  half ironman  2mile swim, 60 mile bike 13 mile run COMPLETED
JUNE: coast to coast bike ride in a day
JULY :full ironman 2.5 mile swim, 112 bike 26 mile run
AUGUST : lyke wake walk 40 mile in a day
SEPTEMBER total warrior 12 mile course with obstacles mud and water
OCTOBER walk mt snowdon and next day do the fastest zip wire in europe
NOVEMBER  12 hours on dalby forest red cycle route
DECEMBER Boxing day dip then a marathon to Ravenscar and back with my daughter Sarah
JANUARY walk kilimanjairo
FEBRUARY 24 hr danceathon and charity dance
