Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The PARA’S 10 is an endurance race from The Parachute Regiment’s P Company test week. Due to the PARA'S 10 Colchester being cancelled to operational requirements we are now taking part in the Virtual Event - For the Fallen - on Saturday 4th November at Cannock Chase.

The challenge is to complete a 10 Mile ‘P’ Company Cross Country Route, carrying a bergen weighing 35lb (excluding food and water) and wearing trousers and boots.

We are all running the 10 miles as individuals.

My daughter Lois will also be taking part in a virtual PARAS'2 which is a 2 mile run.

We are raising money for the ABF The Soldiers' Charity who help wounded soldiers to adapt to life after service, to assisting elderly veterans to keep their independence.

They support in six key areas: independent living, elderly care, education and employability, mental fitness, families and housing.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
