Story
So here we are, the last of 10 challenges and to think of all started back in 2011 with a off the cuff comment about cycling to Yorkshire. Fast forward 9 challenges, 11 years, £1000’s in donations, hours of graft, many miles covered and brings me to this, my final year my final challenge.
*UPDATE July 2022
It’s a biggie, in 5 days I will walk the west highland way, bike ride, and then jump in a kayak and head down the river Tay back home to Newburgh.
Update, original plan was to walk WHW Fort William to Milngavie, cycle Milngavie to perth, kayak perth to Newburgh 180miles, with my new job, Ceris new job slight change of plan, Walk WHW, cover same distance as planned but different route, then kayak as planned.
My target donation if you lovely people could manage is £540. The challenge is 180miles covered on foot, bike and kayak. 3 stages, 3 x 180 = a huge thank you from me to you.
Everyone involved over the years, thank you so much. A special thank you to my darling wife Ceri. Ceri has put up with my crazy ideas from 1 year to the next and still stuck by me.
So please, anything you can spare anything it is incredibly appreciated.
