Story
On 21 June 2017, I will attempt to play 10 rounds of golf in one day at Strathaven Golf Club in Central Scotland.
10 rounds may not sound like much to a non-golfer; however, it'll mean: walking over 60 miles (that's more than a double marathon), hitting around 750 - 800 shots all while carrying my golf bag which weighs around 12kg (almost 2 stone).
A normal round of golf takes approximately 4 hours - in order to complete the challenge in the available light I'll need to hit my first shot around 3am and average no more than 1 hour 48 minutes per round (with no breaks) to ensure I hit my last shot before the light runs out 18 hours later!!
Each round I'll be joined by different friends, including 4 PGA Golf Professionals and a former Ladies European Tour player. I'm hoping that their fresh legs and motivation will keep my morale from crashing.

There's no denying it's going to be tough but the hospital's young patients have far harder and longer battles to face.
Please, please help me raise the £10,000 target for a truly deserving cause.
Thanks,
Scott!
