Thousands of people want to experience the fun and inclusion of technology, but their disabilities prevent them from joining in. I'm taking part the ASICS London 10K to help SpecialEffect level the playing field for everyone.

The charity enables severely disabled people to use technology in any way possible by adapting it to their individual needs. This can hugely benefit mental wellbeing, self-esteem and quality of life. Donations go towards funding the expertise, assessments, equipment and lifelong support that will bring joy, self-confidence and a degree of independence into hundreds of lives.

The event on Sunday, 09 July 2023 will be my first in-person run for several years, after participating as part of the virtual team during the lockdowns. Good luck to everyone joining in!
