We fund research and raise awareness to shine a light on Lewy body dementia

Story

Before you read why we are doing this, please get an idea of what this disease truly is and what it does to an entire family by reading this incredible eye-opening article written by Pete's sister, Dawn

http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/jan/28/what-they-dont-tell-you-about-dementia

We were thinking of what we could do for our dear friend Pete who very recently lost is mum.

We decided the best thing to do is to raise as much as we can for this cause.
It is so widely overlooked and yet the disease effects 100000 people and their families & friends in the UK.

So much more money needs to go in to researching and hopefully finding a cure for this evil disease which has had such an effect on our lovely friend, his family and so many others out there.

Please donate as best you can,

Lots of love,

Pete's friends

Lewy body dementia is the second most common cause of age-related dementia, affecting around 130,000 people in the UK. We raise awareness of the disease, provide information to patients and carers, and fund research so that in future it can be more easily diagnosed and treated.
