The emergency services workers (Police, Fire, Ambulance, Coastguard) are selfless heroes that do an extremely tough job.  

They're always thinking of others, but sometimes, they need to think of their own wellbeing too.  

I'm running 10km every single day of 2022 to raise awareness, money and support for the heroes that save lives.  I'm hoping that they feel recognised and supported, because they deserve it!
