Guy's Cancer's Head and Neck team will be taking on various challenges throughout the year to raise much needed funds, including new research and technology to improve life expectancy and quality of life for our cancer patients.

BEN & ALEIX, part of the head and neck team at Guy´s Hospital in London, will be taking on the 10AFTER10 challenge. During 10 months, we will be running once a month a distance that starts with 10km and another 10km are added every month to end with a 100Km run in Novembre 2021. Everyone is welcome to join us during this challange, we will be updating dates and routes. You can also run the same distance and add in the page in order to raise awarness about head and neck cancer and share this webpage with friends and relatives.
