The background & why I'm doing this:
10 years ago, when I was 19, my dad Alan Sensier died of a sudden brain haemorrhage. He was a doctor and spent most of his life helping other people.
As the 10 year anniversary hit, there are unfortunately many other people in my life being affected by brain injury. I’m lucky that I’m fit and healthy and I’d like to do anything I can to help people suffering from brain injuries, their families and to do anything I can to prevent people going through similar circumstances as I have.
I’m carrying out 10 physically challenging events over the course of 2022 to mark the 10 year anniversary and raise as much money as possible.
I've chosen Headway because they're a charity local to me now who do fantastic work helping people who have suffered from brain injuries. I'm lucky enough to be able to do these challenges and I'd really like to give as much back as I physically can.
Please donate anything you can afford to ensure that Headway East London can continue to do their amazing work supporting people.
