Story

We're a group of friends - some from 30 years ago, some newer, and some who will meet through this global team as "friends of friends".

We're all committed to raising awareness of mental wellbeing and want to support the work of Support in Mind Scotland through the 100 Steps Challenge. It's a global issue that affects people everywhere, so what better way to show our support than pull together as friends and start walking, running or cycling together as a new team: "100 Streets Goes Global"!

We'll do it together "in real time" at the end of every month - 20 days per month, and then in early October, a "real time walk" down one street in each of our home cities. We'll share stories and photos over the next 5 months; we'll tell people why we're doing this - people we meet in our different home towns, cities, villages or rural lanes. If this ends up making a positive difference in one person's life, it will have been worth it!

Our aim is that our small team effort will build with all the others taking this challenge, so that collectively we'll make a BIG difference in reducing stigma and raising vital funds for Support in Mind Scotland - a fantastic charity - to deliver more services for those who need them.

Please give whatever you can; THANK YOU from the whole global team!
