Last April I crashed out of the 3 Peaks Race by breaking my face on a rock and had to be airlifted to hospital.  I blogged about it here (not for the squeamish).

 

This July I intend to run the Lakeland 100 Ultra Tour of the Lake District, raising money for the North West Air Ambulance in the process.  Please motivate me by giving your support. I'll need it.
