For Effie, we will be taking on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge, Walking 100km (continuous) along the Thames from Putney Bridge to Henley on Thames on the 9th September 2023

Effie is 4 years old and has Cerebral Palsy, we are raising money to fund a piece of equipment (an INNOWALK) that will drastically improve her muscle control, her strength, her independence, her overall health and well-being, and ultimately her quality of life.

The challenge has been funded by ourselves and charity Tree of Hope, so all sponsors and donations will go directly toward funding Effie's new piece of equipment. Any sponsors or donations would be so greatly appreciated in getting us closer to our target! 

We have begun training for our walk, completing our first practice walk of 7.2 miles, with plans of walking Coventry to Stratford, Coventry to Lutterworth, and Coventry to Wolverhampton over the next coming weeks! Follow along with linked Strava account to see how we are getting on!
