Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Myself Matt Ardron and my team of I-Motion Gym members will be performing 100 Burpees Per day for every day of July to raise as much as possible for Rotherham Hospice with an initial goal of £250.
Rules:
- Perform 100 Burpees per day (These can be spread through the day or all in one go) Try to get better as the month goes on :)
- Chest must touch the ground on each repetition
- Feet must leave the ground at the top of each rep
- Clap hands overhead or behind back each rep
