Cardigan Oxygen Therapy need our help so the Amazing Eight are coming out to play!!

Rhian, Wayne & Laura did the 1,000 burpees/press up challenge last week so this week....

Laura, Jez , Rhian, Wayne, Jodie, Russell and Gemma will ride 112 miles in one day on a static bike and Daren will be on a 7 day of no alcoholic beverages! Good luck all!

Now it’s over to Philippa Noble.... So on Saturday I would have been attempting my karate dan grade, so to mark what would have been an extremely important day to me I will be doing 250 karate kata in one day (fight sequences with no opponents) in aid of Cardigan Oxygen Therapy Centre, below is the link if you could spare a few pounds, as you can see by the link some fantastic people have done fantastic things already.
