Hello, every little helps

On Saturday 28th April SpecialEffects are putting a 100+ strong team together to do a monster race (Mud, water,cold and obstacles) so I have signed myself, Jenny and my friend Steve up to do this. I did the 10km last year but this year me jenny and Steve will be doing the 5km together.

For the past two years SpecialEffect has entered a team of 100+ runners in the Spring Monster Race at Cornbury Park. Can we make it three in a row for 2018? You betcha! 

The course combines a fearsome variety of obstacles with beautiful running route through the woods and fields of Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire. 

So what are you waiting for? Join forces with your colleagues and friends to overcome a challenging array of climbing walls, tyre-crawls, mud-pits, jumps and plenty of cold water, over a distance of 5KM or 10KM (two laps of the course).
