My name's Henry and starting from the 1st of October I'll be attempting to cycle and accumulative 1 million vertical feet of climbing over the course of a year. That's 2739.7 feet of ascent per day or 835 meters in new money. All of this will be done on my mountain bike and will be predominately off road.

To give you some perspective, I'll be gaining enough height to summit mount Everest, on average, every 10 and a half days.

The charity I chose to support is Unseen UK. Human trafficking is one of the worst atrocities I can think of. It also seems to be something that isn't in the public eye in the way I feel it should be. If I can just get the word out that would be great. If I can raise some money too? Well, then that'd make it all worth while.
