I am running the Blackdown Hills 10KM run on 8th Sept '24 and raising money for Dharura Global Emergency Care. I have never run further than 5KM so I consider this run quite a challenge for me.

I am visiting Kenya for the first time in November with a group of nurses and doctors with Dharura and I want to give back to enable their amazing work of exchanging and sharing teaching in Emergency Care.
