I mamgu❤️

Yn mis Hydref byddaf yn rhedeg hanner marathon Caerdydd i Mamgu. Fe gollon ni mamgu yn Mis Mehefin eleni ar frwydr gyda vasculitis. Byddaf yn codi arian i Popham kidney support sydd yn codi arian i gleifion arennol yn Gymru.

Mae vasculitis yn achosi i'r celloedd gwaed gwyn ymosod ar y pibellau gwaed bach, yn ei hachos hi roedd yn effeithio ei arennau.

Hoffwn ni rhedeg yn ei chof a helpu unrhyw un sydd yn byw gyda vasculitis a chlefyd yr arennau.

In October I will be running the Cardiff half marathon for Mamgu. We lost Mamgu in June this year to a battle with vasculitis. I will be raising money for Popham kidney support which raises money for renal patients in Wales.

Vasculitis causes the white blood cells to attack the small blood vessels, in her case it was affecting her kidneys.

I would like to run in her memory and help anyone living with vasculitis and kidney disease.
