To promote the Musical Arts and, in particular, the art of brass band playing and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said art by the presentation of concerts, competitions and other activities in a non-profit making basis, as well as encouraging the next generation of brass players in the local, regional, national and international area at the highest standard possible.
