About Fraternity Without Borders
We are the Fraternity Without Borders, Registered UK Charity no. 1173707. We care for the poorest regions of the world.
Our main target is to assist orphans and vulnerable children, many of them with HIV. Since 2009, we have been providing food, education, cultural activities and basic healthcare to thousands of vulnerable children. We have been working to set up Shelter Centers in places where hunger, extreme poverty and vulnerability make new innocent victims every single day.
One of these places is Mozambique, where the number of orphans due to AIDS continues to rise. In the absence of their parents, children take on the responsibility to care for their younger siblings. Because of the difficulties of survival, thousands lose the essential rights of any child, such as education, decent food, entertainment, healthcare and others.
Our work began in Africa, and today we have 26 Shelter Centers which can take in about 9,000 children. The support for these boys and girls, as well as for the elderly in the villages, happens through the sponsorship by volunteers in Brazil, UK, USA and in different places worldwide and hopefully from you as well…
