About The Francis Jackson Choral Fund

The Fund bears the name of Dr Francis Jackson (1917-2022), a former chorister, Organist and Master of the Music at York Minster. The Fund aims to support chorister scholarships each year, such that no suitably talented child should be denied a chorister place because of financial reasons.
