We believe that raising money online should be as straightforward as possible – without any unexpected fees. That’s why you won’t find any unexpected set-up fees here.
Processing costs explained
It’s completely free to sign up and create a Crowdfunding Page and there is no platform fee. We’ll send everything you raise to you, but there will be some standard processing costs deducted from each donation. These are 2.9% + 35p per donation.
Withdrawing your money
You can withdraw your funds 14 days after opening your page and it typically takes 4-7 working days for the money to reach your account. Please note, if you need the funds sooner than this, you’ll need to contact our customer support team.
