First up, personalise your application form with your own questions and fields. Then, click on 'Form Questions' on the top right-hand side. You'll be directed to the page below, where you can choose as many questions from the drop down as you like, choose which are mandatory and delete any that are not relevant.

Once you've selected your questions, navigate back to the main hub page by clicking on your charity name in the top left corner. The changes you make will be saved automatically.

From here, click the second option in the top right-hand corner 'Edit Package' to add more information on your charity, including a header image, number of places available and minimum fundraising target. Click 'Update package' at the bottom of the page once you're finished.

Once your form is complete and personalised, click the 'Share Invite' button to get your bespoke URL. You can share this with your supporters through email, social, or on your own website.

Once users start applying for places they will start appearing in the dashboard in the portal hub.

To review a fundraiser's application, click on their name in the list. You can then read through their application and approve or reject the application. JustGiving will take care of letting the fundraiser know whether or not they have been successful in getting a place.

You will receive an email to notify you when they have claimed the place, and the fundraiser will be prompted to start their fundraising page.
