Activate your free Charity Place Application Portal account and add how many purchased charity places you have available for the event.

Customise your application form, copy the URL and add it to your website, newsletter, email signature, social posts and digital ads.

Keep an eye out for notifications to review new applications, or check inside your Charity Place Application Portal account.

Accept and reject applications in the portal. Automated comms will be sent directly to the applicant to let them know the outcome.

Track the progress of your accepted applications. You will receive fundraiser contact information so you can follow up with next steps.

What your supporters will see

Once you accept, your fundraiser will get an email asking them to claim their place.

Your fundraiser will confirm their place on this landing page.

Then, it's time for the fundraiser to log in to JustGiving and create their page.

Here's the personalised application form your supporters will fill in.
