This offer is exclusively available to any UK-registered charity on any JustGiving membership plan, including existing Toucan Giving customers using JustGiving.
You can sign up and order your terminal directly through Toucan Giving. Just create an account and JustGiving handles the payment side, so there’s no financial information required from you.
The terminal type you receive is assigned based on availability and chosen by Paya (Toucan Giving).
Donations are received as direct donations to your charity’s main JustGiving profile page and paid out weekly.
You keep 95% of every donation, with a 5% fee deducted from each donation amount. There is no cost for the terminal for 12 months. Donors are also prompted to leave a voluntary contribution with each donation.
No, pre-set donation values and voluntary contribution amounts are chosen by Paya (Toucan Giving).
All charities will have full access to the Toucan Giving dashboard. If you’re on JustGiving’s Grow or Pro plan, donations will also appear in your JustGiving payment reports under:
