We - Sue Satchell and Lin Hall - are running the Florence Marathon on 25th November to raise money for Prior's Court School, a specialist school for children with autism and severe and complex learning difficulties.

They are setting up a wonderful project to develop the vocational skills of the pupils - pupils whose autism creates many challenges for them. A stableyard, small paddock and outdoor classroom have been designed to enable the pupils to gain animal husbandry skills, learning to look after pygmy goats, donkeys and chickens, measure feed, sweep the yard.

The money we raise will help to buy animals, purchase feed and equipment and support the ongoing running costs to keep the project going for pupils to enjoy now and for many years to come.
