Story
We are a Team Strong, a group of people who regularly visit the University of Bath Sports Training Village Gym. Over the past few years, we have got to know each other through the community of classes there. On Halloween some of us wore costumes to classes, so we decided to extend this fun to Christmas too. We have also decided it's a great way to raise some money for charity.
We've all pooled together lots of Christmas t-shirts, onesies, dresses, leggings, hats, and accessories. In December, we will wear some form of Christmas attire to all of our gym classes (and we all attend a lot of classes).
You are welcome to join us at classes and spread the Christmas cheer, even if it's just a Santa hat or a bit of tinsel.
We have chosen Bath Cats and Dogs home as it is a local charity located close to the University of Bath Sports Training Village and we are all animal lovers.
Bath Cats and Dogs Home rescue, rehabilitate and re-home over 1,100 pets every year. They are there to take in unwanted, abandoned and abused cats, dogs and rabbits to give them a second chance of a happy home. I’m fundraising for Bath Cats and Dogs Home because, like them, I want to help unwanted pets in need. A donation of £50 will provide food, warmth, shelter and comfort to a rescued dog in dire need of a safe haven, for a week. £10 will look after one cat and one dog for one day. Please help animals by sponsoring us - Thank you.
