Hello, we are currently trying to raise funds through Love Support Unite to send over to the Kande community in Malawi.

Covid - 19 is all over the world right now. It has reached every community globally.

In our community the people live hand to mouth, they don't have the luxury to stockpile, to stay home, to be furloughed from work or receive any financial help from their government. The indulgence of staying at home doesn’t apply to them. There are a total of 7 ventilators in Malawi, with the borders now on lockdown there is no way to get anything into the country.

Kande Horse closed the doors to visitors and guests on the 25th March to help stop the spread of the virus. The closure has subsequently affected our 23 staff and the local community that we usually trade with. We are doing all that we can to look after our staff and our community but with zero income coming in from tourism this is going to be very hard.

Right now we don’t know what the outcome of this virus will be, but these people that we know, love and respect need our help. Each staff member has on average 7 dependents that rely on their full wage for survival.
