Operation Smile is a charity I have supported for several years now and I continue to do so because I have seen the changes they make to children's lives.  They provide safe and free surgery to children across the world who suffer from facial deformities and they work tirelessly to reach remote villages in third world countries who would never have heard about them and their work otherwise.

To reflect the hard work of Operation Smile, I have chosen to challenge myself and run a marathon.  My training has been both emotionally and psychically challenging and I have never pushed myself to these limits before.
