We support refugee and asylum seeking women to empower and build resilience

Story

Women in Law Society’s £1-a-day challenge in aid of Refugee Women of Bristol (RWoB).

https://www.bristoluniversitywomeninlawsociety.com/

What is it?
The challenge is to live off only £1 worth of food for one day, in order to gain an understanding of how those on limited budgets get by every single day.

Refugee Women of Bristol is an incredible charity established by a group of refugee women, working to advance education, relieve poverty and protect the health of refugee women and those seeking asylum in Bristol and the surrounding area. RWoB is the only multi-ethnic, multi-faith organisation that specifically targets the needs of refugee women in Bristol.

Your donation can help further RWoB’s efforts to support over 500 refugee and asylum-seeking women and pre-school children from over 40 different countries in providing access to English language learning, life-skills sessions, volunteering and training opportunities, a free creche and more.
