The explosion in Beirut was the 3rd largest in the world after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The event which happened on the 4th August 2020 has caused a tremendous damage to human life and the city infrastructure.

LIFE - Lebanese International Finance Executives is a global network of Lebanese professionals working together towards a brighter future. This not-for-profit, apolitical, areligious membership organisation is headquartered in the UK.
Their charity arm, called LIFE Generation, supports education, job creation and humanitarian efforts in Lebanon. LIFE is funded by contributions from its members, foundations, corporations, private donors as well as fundraising events. 100% of the donations received are dedicated to its programmes.
