Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It is now over a year since my wife's death from malignant melanoma and I have decided to try and raise money for LOROS who do amazing work and cared for my wife with great compassion in her last days providing tremendous support. The loss of Sam doesn't get any easier and she affected so many peoples lives. She would no doubt be laughing at me doing this run as..well...running isn't really my thing. I get bored running on the treadmill after 10 mins. 

The run is at the end of October down in Portsmouth so fingers crossed that the weather will be awful with pouring rain, buffeting winds ensuring 10 miles of hell. So please please please support me doing this run as it is for a brilliant cause. I may even treat you to pictures of a lean, athletic Errol in his running vest :-)

The picture at the top is my actual running shoe (don't worry...there is another one; i wasn't going to make the run any more difficult wearing only one trainer!)......let's hope there aren't too many blisters...
