In August, cancer once again devastated my family, when I lost my brother, aged only 42, to a rare neuroendocrine tumour.  He was not only my great little brother but an amazing husband, and fantastic daddy to my gorgeous 9 year old niece.  A new study claims that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with this disease at some point in their lives.  My family is 4 in 4 with myself and my mum surviving it, but my dad and brother cruelly losing their  battle.
