As many of you know, shorty before we got engaged Hannah's dad was unwell.  The Sussex Heart Charity was part of the team that took such good care of him. 

Since that time we have come to learn that, as well as the support they give patients and their families, they also do some amazing work in the community across Sussex. Such as providing life saving training and facilities to the general public that wouldn't otherwise be available .
