Story

In September 2018 I suffered a Stroke that affected my ability to walk and use my left arm. Getting around is difficult as I can only walk about 10 metres and couldn't get up any stairs.

I spend most of my time in a wheelchair but recently my husband and friend built me a set of six steps to increase my strength and confidence to walk and slowly climb steps. With the help of my carer and physio I'm trying to improve my mobility by completing this challenge.

My challenge is to complete 3,000 steps (stairs) in one month, that is approximately 100 steps per day. I know this may not sound much to most people but if you watch the video this is quite tricky for me!

Im raising money to help the Community Sports Foundation to raise funds to "Build The Nest", a community hub in Horsford. This will be a great facility that will help so many people in Norfolk.

Please make a donation and I will be very grateful for your support.
