We enable donors around the world to support forgotten people in Zimbabwe
Story
Eli (8) and Zac (5) wanted to do something to raise money for children in Zimbabwe who are born with club foot and decided that a three legged walk would be the perfect challenge.
Zane oversees a sustainable club foot correction programme that treats hundreds of children born with this debilitating and yet treatable condition. The money will go towards training nurses and carers to administer the non invasive treatment (involving a leg brace and careful physio).
Why don't we know about it? In the UK thousands of children are born with club foot and are treated quickly at birth. Eli and Zac were amazed to learn that even Steven Gerrard was born with this condition! In Zimbabwe most babies born with it don't have the luxury of having immediate treatment and Zane hopes to change this!
"Please will you help us send money to Zane so the children who have club foot in Zimbabwe will walk properly and play football like we do" Zac Benyon 5
