In a world of continuing violence, it is more important than ever that we take action to work towards building a peaceful future. I chose to support Children of Peace because they are working with both sides of the conflict in the Middle East, aiming to create positive relationships between Israeli and Palestinian children with the hopes that they will work together in the future.

I am cutting off my hair to raise awareness for the inspiring work they do, but as I've had long hair since I was three, it's going to be hard to let it go- but if it will make a difference, it will be worth every inch!
