ICAP offers free or low-cost counselling and psychotherapy to the Irish community in London and beyond. Founded 25 years ago icap now sees in and around 200 people per week. In response to the pandemic, icap established a free telephone helpline which is available to the Irish community.

Story

This Autumn, I'm excited to take part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise funds for icap (Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy), a charity that means a lot to me. Having worked at icap previously, I've witnessed first hand the incredible impact their services have on those who benefit from therapy, as well as the dedication and hard work the team puts in every day to keep these vital services running. Any donations, however small, would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way towards helping icap continue to make a difference to the Irish community across the UK.

About icap:

icap provides counselling and psychotherapy services supporting people from the Irish community facing a range of emotional issues, including depression, anxiety and stress. Nearly 96p of every £1 goes directly to supporting those in need, making a true difference in our community.
