Longfield Community Hospice is based in Gloucestershire and provides end of life care both in the hospice, the patient's homes and supports the local NHS. The virus is having a detrimental effect on hospice income and could in the longer term, threaten the hospice's viability for future patients and their loved ones. With 85% of funding coming from voluntary support, the closure of their retail shops plus the cancellation of fundraising and hospice events, is hitting them hard.  https://www.longfield.org.uk 

We have taken the decision to shave our heads to hopefully make a small difference to this charity which is very close to our hearts.  We appreciate that many have been affected financially and emotionally as a result of Covid 19, so any donations (nothing is too small!), would be hugely appreciated during a time in which our healthcare system is being stretched beyond its means.
