About The Abbey Church of Dunfermline
There has been a centre of Christian Worship on the site of Dunfermline Abbey for over a thousand years. The current congregation recognises its role and responsibility in maintaining the Abbey Church of Dunfermline as a place of worship, and also as a Church which plays a major role in the life of the town of Dunfermline.
Those who chose to fundraise for us support the work that we do and the upkeep of our building. Some may choose to support individual projects that are part of the activities of our congregational life. Others may choose to support us in a more general way, allowing us to decide how best to allocate funds.
