Story
Fancy buying one of my drawings for charity?
Due to all the isolation and what not, I’ve found I have way more time than ever to sit down and draw. I love it. But I thought heck, why not put all the doodles to good use by raising some money, and try to spread a bit of happiness in these weird ol’ times.
I’ll be focusing on ‘doodles’, so that’s birthday cards, personalised cartoons, your favourite animal… take a look at the examples in the gallery above and you’ll get a better vibe of what I can do. I’m holding off on portraits at the moment- they take too long (and I really need to get the practice in ha)
I’d love it if you could donate a minimum of £5 per drawing. If you’re feeling generous, however, then by all means donate as much as you can!
All donations will go to the Pathway Project which helps victims of domestic abuse. I thought this was an important charity, especially during this pandemic, as there are lots of people that sadly don’t have a safe home to isolate in. It’s highly likely that during this lock down, there are many who have been locked in with their abuser. It breaks my heart and it’s something I feel very passionately about; no one should ever, ever, be physically or mentally abused in this way. Ever.
Please leave your name in the donation so I can see it’s you. Once you’ve donated, I’ll get drawing and will send you a photo of the finished piece! (once we’re out the other side of this virus I’ll work out a way of getting the hard copy over to you)
Thanks for reading if you’ve made it this far. I hope you’re staying safe and well x
Here's a little bit more from the Pathways Project:
"Pathway started from absolutely nothing by one of the most amazing strong willed women; Kathy Coe MBE. We've been here for over 20 years and we want to be around for another 20 years! The work we do is VITAL, but unfortunately securing funding is becoming harder and harder. Please help us in such a time of uncertainty."
