About DOTZ (Doctors of Tomorrow in Zimbabwe)
DOTZ was founded by a group of friends in 2016. Our mission is to help struggling Zimbabwean medical students reach their potential by assisting with their tuition fees. We support students who are already enrolled in medical school, but who find themselves in financial difficulties.
DOTZ is a UK Registered Charity (Registered Charity Number 1179019). It is entirely run by our trustees. We have almost no administrative costs, meaning that every pound donated goes directly to helping struggling Zimbabwean medical students.
Since 2016 we have supported over one hundred medical students to continue their studies, who otherwise may have had to abandon their dream of becoming doctors.
