On the 25th June, I am walking in the Manchester Midnight Walk.  I decided that I would do this on behalf of my dearest and very brave sister in law JOANNE LUCKETTI, who passed away on the 15th December, aged 44. 

After a courageous and determined battle with breast cancer for 2 years, Joanne lost her fight and left two youngs sons, my nephews, aged 7 and 9.  She was an inspiration and was loved by so many.  Her last weeks of life were spent being cared for by the wonderful and professional staff of St Ann's Hospice, who helped maintain her diginity throughout.
