I will be very proud to run a 10K race for Alzheimer's Society on the 12th July 2015 in Nottingham. 

I am not the best runner in the world but I will be running the whole thing and giving it everything I've got, hopefully in a decent time! I don't really have a target but I would just like to raise as much as I can to support those suffering from Alzheimer's and for the families who are also affected. There are also over 40,000 young people living with dementia in the UK. Members of my own family are included and I will be thinking of them on the day.
