Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Unfortunately we lost dad on the 25th June. His funeral will be 2pm on 14th July at Christchurch Dore, but I have set up this page to start fundraising for two charities that meant a great deal to him. While he was with us he ran several marathons for various charities but one that was always close to his heart was GOAL. GOAL is an international humanitarian agency dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest of the poor. In his last few weeks he was keen to make sure that we continued to support this charity when he was gone, as he said that he didn't do enough for them in his life, and had planned to rectify that.

We would also like to support St.Lukes hospice (Sheffield) as they have made the last few months much more bearable for all of the family. They cared for dad down to the last little detail right up until the very end, always providing support for all of us, and don't get any where near the credit they deserve.
