Firstly, I'd like to thank you for visiting..

On Sunday 21st June 2009 I shall be taking part in the "Jane Tomlinson Leeds 10km 'Run for All'". It's been a very late decision to enter. Whilst being aware of the event, I only realised this years date on 7/6/2009 at a friends sons Christening - there was a poster in the church.

I was hoping to keep this brief and to the point, but there's so much I want to say.

I am going to be running for Cancer Research. Whilst obviously raising money for charity is important, I am taking the race itself very seriously. If I had more preparation time I would be trying to win it but with training limited to two weeks, I'm looking to complete the run inside 40 minutes.
