About DASH (Disabilities and Self Help)
DASH offers a range of specialist schemes for children and young people with a disability who live in Ceredigion. These opportunities promote friendship, enjoyment and skill development for the young people whilst also offering a much needed break from caring for parents and carers who describe DASH as a lifeline.
