For those that dont know, my wifes gran was cared for by the good people in Marie Curie last summer before she peacefully passed away.  This is my way of saying thank you for the care they provided.

The 2 events I am doing, are the belfast full marathon, and the London Oymplic distance Triathlon. For me, massive distances.

Prior to deciding to do these 2 events, I had only ran 1 10km race, and struggled to do that, so doing the marathon and an olympic distance triathlon is a pretty big achievment. 

My good friend Christopher Fleming is doing the Triathlon with me, and he wishes to raise money for Marie Curie also, so please, give generously.
