Fundraising for The Harvey Hext Trust
In April 2025, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause - The Harvey Hext Trust.
The charity was created to honour the memory of a special boy - Harvey Hext. Harvey sadly lost his battle with cancer at 9 years old, leaving his family, including his twin brother and older sister, absolutely devastated. The loss of Harvey inspired the family to create personalised, special, durable memory boxes, crafted with love and care, creating a lasting tribute to their life.
By doing this, the charity supports the mental and emotional wellbeing of bereaved children, to come to terms with their loss and provide a place of love and solace for their grieveing hearts, keeping the precious memory alive of their brother, sister or parent who has died.
The Harvey Hext trust supports services all over the UK, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Alder Hey Childrens Hospital and Zoes Place babies hospice, to name a few.
Your support and donation not only means a lot to myself and the charity, but to those children that your donation will support. Thank you.
